What we collect
- Baseline profile: age, gender, height, weight, country
- Daily habit logs: sleep, sedentary time, stress, screen time, diet, hydration, activity
- Account data: email, hashed password, locale and notification preferences
Why we collect it
Your data is used to compute your health score, project 30-day / six-month / one-year trends and generate your daily plan. Aggregated, de-identified statistics may be used to improve the scoring models.
What we never do
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not use health inputs for advertising targeting.
- We do not produce medical diagnoses.
Retention and deletion
Daily logs are retained for 36 months by default. You may request export or deletion of your account data at any time from the account settings or by writing to the support address.
Third parties
If an AI provider is configured by the operator, the minimum necessary prompt content is transmitted to that provider to generate your analysis. The provider is contractually bound to confidentiality. Profile identifiers such as email are never included in prompts.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, LGPD, PIPL and similar) you may have rights of access, rectification, portability, restriction and objection. Requests are answered within 30 days.
